Royal High School Edinburgh join our WW1 Battlefields Experience

The highlights of the Royal High School battlefields trip to commemorate the soldiers of WW1.

On a 5 day trip in June of 2017, Mercat Tours International took the students of Edinburgh's Royal High School to the battlefields of the Somme. In this video they share their highlights of the tour in France and Belgium.

You'll see the places they visited including: Messines Church, Spanbroekmolen Mine or the Pool of Peace, Sanctuary Wood Museum Hill 62, Hooge Crater Museum, Hill 60, Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial Park, Vimy Ridge, Essex Farm Cemetry, Poelcapelle Cemetery, Passchendaele and Tyne Cot amongst other monuments and landmarks.
